A miniature version of an Arduino UNO board can be built by soldering the given components to the
given PCB. This board doesn’t contain a TTL chip. Therefore, a separate USB to TTL module is needed. The programming cable comes with the kit and it directly supports the
FTDI USB to TTL module.
